Third-Party Integrations (Including Google)

LoricaVallo integrates with third-party services to enhance your productivity. When you connect these services, we access only the data necessary to provide our features:

Google Workspace Integration:

When you connect your Google account, LoricaVallo may access:

• Google Calendar: Read and write access to your calendar events for two-way sync with your Blueprint schedule. We cache event details (titles, times, descriptions) to display them in the app.
• Google Tasks: Read and write access to sync tasks with your Kanban boards.
• Google Drive: Read-only access to list and display your files. We do not modify or delete your Drive files.
• Profile Information: Your Google email address, name, and profile picture to identify your connected account.

How we use Google data:

• To display your Google Calendar events alongside your schedule
• To sync tasks between Google Tasks and LoricaVallo
• To generate daily briefings that reference your calendar
• We store encrypted OAuth tokens to maintain your connection
• We cache calendar events locally for faster loading

What we do NOT do with Google data:

• We do not sell or share your Google data with third parties
• We do not use your Google data for advertising purposes
• We do not access data beyond the scopes you explicitly authorize

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings, which revokes our access and deletes cached data.

LoricaVallo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With vendors who assist in providing our services (payment processing, email delivery, analytics).
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
